Passion for people and sport - mainly football and Triathlon.Much of my work has involved working in partnership across multiple organisations, building and sustaining relationships, in challenging and political environments, that deliver improved services.My experience is wide ranging including Social Sciences, Community Safety, Fund Raising, Grant management/delivery, Investment Planning, Change Management, Commissioning, Service Re-design, Community Development, Leadership for empowered and healthy communities. I have professional qualifications in Risk management, Programme and Project Management and take a tailored but down to earth and practical approach to work with the customer at the heart of all I do.
