About Gregory B. Clark

Gregory B. Clark is Senior Vice President of Property Management at Griffin Living. In this role, he is responsible for forward planning and entitlements, financing, construction scheduling, and construction supervision of select projects. Greg has over 30 years of experience in real property asset management and manages a portfolio of institution-grade retail, office, mixed-use, and apartment assets in California, Arizona, Washington, and Florida. Prior to his current position, Greg was Vice President of Operations at Griffin Property Management. Through his experience with the Griffin Companies, he has managed neighborhood shopping centers, strip retail, garden office product, low-rise office buildings, and large-scale apartment communities throughout Southern California. Additionally, Greg has been the Forward Planner and Project Manager for the construction of custom homes in Oxnard & Ventura, and large-scale mixed-use multi-family housing projects. Greg holds a B.S. in Real Estate from California State University Northridge. He also holds his General Contractor’s license and California Real Estate Broker’s license. Greg’s passions include music, his sports car racing team as well as offering counsel to individuals with substance abuse issues.
