Currently recruiting to fill call centers for large financial institutions so the employees I’m recruiting can’t just be anybody. They have to be screened and background checks are run on them. I have to be very thorough in my assessment of possible candidates. Just because I got them an interview doesn’t mean they’ll show up, are actually qualified for the job, or are good on the phone with customer service.
