My career began with IT leadership positions at Ericsson and its spinoff (Damovo), where I used my skills in managing large-scale operations. Afterwards I founded and led OMNINET in the Benelux, growing the software company into a trusted name in IT Service Management (ITSM). Today, I am proud to serve as Chief Sales Officer at 2Grips, where I focus on expanding our ITSM/ESM solutions across Belgium and the Netherlands. My expertise lies in creating synergy between people, business, and technology to deliver innovative service management solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
