About Gwenny Vinter

Throughout my primary and secondary school career, I was passionate about numbers, and therefore my favourite subject was mathematics. Three years ago, this passion turned into a passion for helping people and especially within the context of their employment. So what did I choose? HR! Within HR, I am mainly fascinated by the soft side, what a difference compared to three years ago! After trying the Applied Economics course in Ghent for a year, I switched to the Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management at VIVES Bruges. A very good choice! I am currently in my final year and I don't regret this choice yet. This choice has also allowed me to gain some experience in the HR world. In August 2022, I was able to gain experience at Vesuvius, where I mainly supported the HR Officer in her tasks. In August 2023, I got the chance to support the reception of the HR department at the AZ Damiaan hospital in Ostend for a few weeks, perhaps now better known as AZ Ostend.
