A qualified social worker with experience in local authority, and independent sector both in adults and children services. I would like to progress my career in adults service. I am looking for ways of improving on my skills and enhancing knowledge to deliver better and quality services to service users. I am highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate concisely at all levels. Highly innovative, efficient, and motivated professional who always has a person-centred approach to care. A self-starting individual who has lots to offer in terms of enthusiasm with the ability to bring high standards to the workplace. I enjoy working within a team. I am now looking for a challenging role with a progressive employer where my existing skills and qualifications will add value and further my career. As well as practical experience I have acquired much life experience with social services and CAMHS. I have a clear understanding of the service user’s perspective and am confident at the implementation of theory to assess my service users effectively.
