About Halil Atak

I am a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning international relations, entrepreneurship, business development, and digital marketing. My academic journey began at Samiha Ayverdi High School, from where I graduated in 2015. I then pursued a degree in International Relations from Bilgi University, graduating in 2021.During my academic years, I gained invaluable experience through internships at leading Turkish companies and an opportunity to work at Chatham House, a renowned global think tank, as part of the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility Program. This international exposure further honed my skills and understanding of global business dynamics.My entrepreneurial journey began in 2018 when I founded my own company, initially focusing on the accommodation sector before expanding into food retail in 2020. Recognizing the transformative power of digital technology, I incorporated business development and digital marketing into the company's core activities in 2021.Currently, I hold two significant leadership roles. As the Chief Operating Officer at Interrupt Engineering, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Simultaneously, I am the Chairperson of U2C, a social enterprise committed to bridging the gap between university education and career readiness. In both these roles, I am applying my diverse skills and expertise to ensure operational excellence, sustainable growth, and impactful social contribution.Beyond my roles in these organizations, I have provided consultancy services to over 40 companies in more than ten industries. My consultation areas include growth strategies, operations management, and entrepreneurship, underscoring my versatility as a business professional.My unique blend of experience in various sectors, along with my commitment to entrepreneurship and youth empowerment, has enabled me to contribute significantly to the organizations I am part of, driving both business growth and social impact.
