Undertook projects and service deliveries for various government & commercial agencies which include; Singapore Police Force (SPF), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Ministry of Defence (Mindef), NTUC Income, National Library Board (NLB), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Ministry of Social & Family development (MSF), Media Development Authority (MDA), National Environment Agency (NEA), Housing & Development Board (HDB), Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA), Land Transport Authority (LTA) and GovTech Singapore. Managed a large-sized overseas e-Government project and also oversaw operations and support of eCommerce online payment infrastructure. Played leading roles in the setting up of a large-scale Cloud infrastructure, call centre and support of application systems.
