About Hament Pandya

I’m a radiologist and Medical Educational Software startup founder and have been practicing medicine for 25years. I believe that in order to take the quality of care we deliver to the next level, medical AI needs us to become ‘centaurs’ - to build socio-technological relationships with computers which combine the best of human intuition and knowledge with the ability of computers to process huge amounts of information. The task is certainly non-trivial and needs to be achieved by integrating trusted solutions into extant infrastructure and workflows. I believe that one of the key determinants of achieving maximal integration across systems is a strong focus on co-design with care deliverers and patients. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being involved in a number of groundbreaking projects across the private and public sectors in different continents and welcome working with anyone interested in moving the needle forward!
