With more than 8 years of experience in maintenance, my passion for operational efficiency, equipment safety and continuous improvement has allowed me to become an essential leader in my field. My leadership and my ability to solve complex problems are essential assets/skills in my work. Currently, I am the Maintenance Manager at SNCF, a leading company in the railway sector where I supervise the entire maintenance department, plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and ensure safety and reliability of operations. Over the years, I have acquired strong skills in supervising teams, managing projects and reducing unplanned downtime. My mission is to ensure the continuous availability of trains while maximizing productivity. My work philosophy is based on prevention rather than repair. I strive to anticipate potential problems and create a culture of preventive maintenance by ensuring that maintenance does not impact the daily lives of users within my organization. I have a degree in maintenance engineering and continue to stay abreast of the latest advances in maintenance, management and related technologies.
