Background

About Hamza Iqbal

I am an effective and adaptable Manager/Senior level investigator, with a fantastic experience and a wealth of readily transferable skills. I have a multi-sector background and I boast the ability to work with individuals at all levels from all through excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, communication and relationship building.I thrive within a highly pressurised environment and am motivated by meeting/exceeding targets and providing motivational,`hands-on` management. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability not only to deliver individually but (crucially) to motivate and support others. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing `fit for purpose` solutions. My personal maxim is to strive for excellence, and it is really important to me that I enjoy my work and am able to see the positive difference I make. I see the results of my commitment every day and I am looking forward to meeting each challenge as it arises.
