About Hannah Moran

I am currently a teacher of Social Studies & Special Education with the Sayreville School District. I am passionate about history and the importance it has in the lives of students. I strive to create a safe and brave classroom environment that encourages curiosity, discussion, collaboration, innovation, and the creation of lasting educational memories. As a reflective educator, I am consistently engaging in professional development as well as self-reflection in order to bring my best self and materials to my students! As a recent recipient of a graduate degree in Technology, I am currently looking to expand my reach with the field of education technology and connect with individuals who are looking to bring educational technology into the classroom space in an equitable way. Technology in education is a field that is of great interest particularly in creating better pathways to lessen teacher burnout and increase student achievement. A current area of interest is Artificial Intelligence & Education. I am currently developing professional development initiatives for educators in order to address concerns, misinformation and potential implications of AI in education.
