And in the beginning what we'll do is align to our own values. And we will say yes to self and clear out the obstacles, the things that are holding us back. Then we're going to learn how to shift from energy draining activities to energy giving activities. We're going to honor our yes and no. Step two is all about resourcing energy. And so we'll learn to link joy and motivation. We will reclaim our power by preparing for and flowing through sabotage, learn how to resource energy and address our rebellious inner child and leverage that desire for fun and adventure in a way that will fill our cups. Step three is about stepping into personal power. How to shift from the stress response in your sympathetic nervous system to the relaxation response very quickly.
