I have more than 26 years of experience in Pharmaceutical operations with reputed multinational companies producing non-sterile and sterile dosage formulations like; Tablets, capsules (both in hard gelatin and soft gelatin forms), Liquid Oral and Sterile Cephalosporins, in plants approved by all major regulatory authorities like US FDA, MHRA, TGA and ANVISA. Objective- To lead team with vision to achieve mission for the business growth of organization with in company policies and procedure. I am looking for a career full of challenging and rewarding assignments. Summary- • Having experience in non-sterile solid dosage formulation, i.e. Tablets, hard gelatin capsules, Betalactum and soft gelatin capsules. • Worked with with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (Earlier known as Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited) at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh Plant as DGM Production since Oct 2009. Leading a team of 125 plus technical people. • Worked for regulated markets for more than Fifteen years and have faced all regulatory body inspections i.e. USFDA, TGA, ANVISA, MHRA, WHO GENEVA, MCC, MCA, PIC/s etc. • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. • Maintain a Clean and safe plant. • Responsible for Plant production goals. • Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. • Schedule and conduct plant meetings. • Conduct employee performance reviews. • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. • Confer with department Heads to ensure coordination with internal & external departments. • Responsible for establishing all shift production schedule. • Responsible for the product Quality control for the plant. • Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings. • Other duties as assigned.
