About Haritha Shankar

I bring over 8 years of experience in agile methodologies, scrum, quality assurance testing, and business analysis. I work with stakeholders to collect and document user stories and requirements, and prioritize them based on business value and customer needs. I also maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with the product vision and keep it updated. I serve as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and the Senior Product Owner, and establish communication channels to keep everyone informed about the product's progress. I contribute to sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, and collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria. I also assist in conducting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback. Additionally, I have demonstrated proficiency in conducting system testing, regression testing, and UAT within Salesforce Platforms, and conducting data validations, UI testing, DB testing, and API testing with expertise.
