About Harman Gulati

From ML Models to Business Impact—I'm Bridging the Gap Between Data and DecisionsAs someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, I bring a unique blend of machine learning expertise and analytical thinking to solve real-world problems. My journey began as an AI/ML Engineer, where I built high-accuracy recommendation engines and classification models—but what truly excites me is translating those models into strategic insights that drive value. With a Master’s in Data Analytics & AI from EDHEC Business School (France) and hands-on experience in both technical and business-facing roles across Germany and India, I’ve developed dashboards viewed by decision-makers, uncovered patterns that led to marketing optimizations, and supported early-stage product development by aligning AI solutions with user needs.Whether it's creating predictive churn models for workforce stability or building Power BI dashboards from 228M+ e-commerce records, my approach is simple: understand the business, trust the data, and deliver outcomes that matter.Currently, I’m channeling this experience into a transition toward business analyst roles in consulting, where I can combine my technical foundation with client-facing skills to drive digital transformation at scale. I'm especially passionate about working in fast-paced environments where strategy, data, and human insight meet.Key Skills: SQL · Power BI · Python · Predictive Modeling · Stakeholder Communication · Data Visualization · Strategic Analysis · Recommendation Systems · KPI Reporting · Business IntelligenceOutside of work, I’ve captained football teams across school, football academy, and university levels for over 15 years, representing 2 different clubs in India’s Youth I-League and my city at a national tournament. I’ve also actively honed public speaking skills through MUNs, elocutions, and academic competitions.Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who can speak both Python and PowerPoint—someone who understands the tech but lives for the why.Feel free to message me—always open to opportunities, collaborations, or just a good conversation on AI, analytics, and business strategy.
