My name is Haroon Gulzar. I am PMP certified with hold master degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics and Extension backed up with several short and mid-term trainings in project and program development, design and management, project budgeting, project monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing, and gender integration in projects. I have over 13 years of experience with USAID, International NGOs, and UN Agencies at national and sub-national level in Afghanistan and United States. I gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in project development and management, budget, program review and analysis, result-based management, participatory monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, agri-business and extension, data analysis and interpretation of policies, procedures, and presentation of findings in written and oral form. During my employment, I have been consistently appreciated and awarded for my best performance and contribution with promotions and increased responsibilities.
