I’m a dedicated and hardworking individual currently studying Business Data Management, where I’m gaining a solid understanding of business operations, strategy, and customer engagement. Alongside my studies I have had two jobs both being lead or normal supervisor roles where currently I work as a bar supervisor where I manage staff, oversee operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role has strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, as well as my ability to remain calm under pressure. I take pride in creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and my team. In addition to my job, I’m currently completing a work placement/Intership with Belfast City Council as a Junior Data Analyst, where I’m developing analytical skills, working with data to support decision-making, and gaining valuable experience in a professional business environment. This role has enhanced my attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of how data drives business success. Being dyslexic has taught me to approach challenges with creativity and resilience, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and grow. I’m passionate about business and finance and eager to apply my skills in real-world settings. I’m open to new opportunities and connections—let’s connect!
