1st Team Kit Manager - Runwell Sports Football Club I am currently volunteering as a Kit Manager at Runwell Sports Football Club to gain valuable experience to start a career in Kit Management. From the age of 4, I have immersed myself in the world of football, not only as a dedicated player but also as a passionate FA qualified coach and referee for mini, youth and adult football teams. This lifelong involvement has instilled in me a profound understanding of the sport's dynamics and the critical role played by a well-maintained kit in ensuring optimal player performance. My experiences, both on and off the field, have fuelled my aspiration to pursue a career as a Kit Assistant/ Manager. As someone deeply committed to the intricacies of football and possessing first hand knowledge of the equipment's significance, I am eager to channel my enthusiasm, attention to detail, organisational and commination skills into contributing to the success of a dynamic football team. I am a hard worker, positive, ambitious, energetic and enjoy working in a team, as well as being able to work solo. I like to get things done accurately and efficiently. I would love the opportunity to start a career doing something I not only enjoy but live and breathe. Kit Management seems a hard career to break into and I am prepared to put in the hard work to achieve my ambition.
