Head of London Outsourcing, leading the RSM UK London Outsourcing Team, providing outsourced finance and management accounting, payroll and HR solutions to clients in multiple sectors, both UK and International, including: • Energy and Natural Resources-my own area of focus and one where we have particular skills and a growing client base in the renewables and cleantech sub-sectors • Real estate (where we offer a full corporate services suite) and • Financial services (with particular focus on the Private Equity sector). I've worked in Outsourcing since 2004 and my consistent aims have been to bring tailored, reliable and innovative solutions to clients, to reduce risk, increase cost-effectiveness and back-office efficiency, thus enabling our clients to focus on what's important to them. Our business is growing and that growth often comes from our willingness to have conversations with our clients, to listen to their challenges and ambitions, and to design a solution to fit. I try to spend as much time as possible having these conversations.
