Demonstrated capacity in strengthening program design, risk management, strategic planning, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, and maintaining and growing the donor and partner base for IOM in Bosnia and Herzegovina and wider Western Balkans region, Thailand, South Sudan, and Greece, as well as now providing technical and strategic advice to over 40 Missions across the Asia and Pacific region. Deep experience in monitoring ongoing political and social developments and conflict dynamics within complex operational environments to inform the design of broad strategy documents and specific programming, as well as to provide appropriate, concise advice and strategic recommendations based upon needs and priorities to internal and external counterparts. Experience also in budget design and monitoring of burn rates and work plans to ensure all sectoral units at the Mission level are able to adequately deliver critical lifesaving assistance.
