Currently serving as Deputy Director Procurement, I handle a dynamic range of responsibilities from day-to-day petty purchases to strategic tendering and high-value contract management. I'm also a certified master trainer of e-procurement through the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), where I contribute to capacity-building initiatives and digital procurement transformation. I previously served as a Procurement Officer (BPS-17) in a public sector university, gaining valuable field insight into academic and institutional procurement systems. Now, as I near the completion of my MS in Public Policy and Society, I bring together the technical rigor of finance, the strategic lens of policy, and a deep commitment to good governance.
