I am a highly experienced and successful marketing, brand, communications and partnerships senior leader, with extensive skills across leadership, strategy, digital, content, advertising, public relations, customer experience and change management. As a natural problem solver, I am highly strategic, creative, customer focussed and results driven. Over the past 20 years, I have worked across a breadth of brands and industries in Australia and the UK including, community services, not for profit, local government, arts and entertainment, commercial and private sectors. This has given me unique experience across differing social, cultural, political and behavioural contexts. I have a particular passion for understanding human behaviour and creating meaningful work that has a positive impact on people's lives, while helping organisations grow and engage with their audiences in creative and innovative ways. I currently lead a high performing marketing, communications and partnerships team responsible for delivering creative and innovative ideas and solutions for local communities.
