With a deep commitment to differentiation in mainstream classes and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners, I have conducted numerous professional learning sessions on differentiation, UDL, and the integration of technology to support diverse learners. Whether it's adapting curriculum materials, leveraging assistive technology, or implementing UDL principles, I empower educators with practical strategies to meet the needs of every learner. Having earned GTCS professional recognition in Dyslexia and Inclusive Practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I am committed to fostering an inclusive educational landscape where every student's strengths are celebrated and supported. I collaborate closely with Microsoft Education to develop user-friendly quick guides on tools that enhance learning accessibility.
