My foremost goal is always providing the best possible customer experience through relationship development, impeccable attention, follow-through and support.As a team leader at IBM I was recognized as an IBM Customer Hero, the highest customer service designation they award. It was presented for a measurable increase in customer satisfaction every year I was a member of the team. Specifically, I took on the customer’s chief complaint, a cumbersome returns process, and spearheaded a complete overhaul. This required the involvement of multiple departments both in-house and on-site at the customer and culminated with dozens of customer visits to present original educational materials prior to process implementation.Throughout the rest of my career and in my current position, customer satisfaction is always on the forefront. In addition, I enjoy any opportunity to leverage my legal education, talent for presenting and training as well as my superior organizational skills and love for the negotiation process to achieve the best possible outcome for whoever the customer happens to be.Personally, I enjoy a real passion for entrepreneurship and have assisted with several small business projects throughout the years. From creating formal business plans and reviewing SBA applications to implementing accounting and payroll systems to moving furniture and painting walls, I am always eager to assist an entrepreneur in achieving their dreams.
