Possible summary: With over 18 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development, I am a learning designer at Brown University, where I strategize, design, and facilitate talent development programs for the staff. I create and deliver courses that foster positive behavioral change, covering topics such as leadership, team dynamics, change management, customer service, and communication. I am also a consultant and owner of Emerick Learning, where I design and deliver dynamic and interactive learning programs for various clients in the private, public, and higher education sectors. As a Gallup Strengths Coach, certified executive coach, and a master practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®, I help individuals and teams discover and leverage their strengths, enhance their performance, and achieve their goals.
