About Heather Hebert

I am a graduate of the University of Houston and currently pursuing my MBA from LSUS. I gained much of my skillset from experience as an Operations Manager. Throughout my 10+ year experience I was solely responsible for HR, P & Ls, Budgets, Inventory and Payroll for multi-million dollar businesses with 100+ employees. On the Operations side I was responsible for evaluating and reporting financials daily, weekly and monthly. I conducted weekly meetings on financials and addressed issues and solutions to keep our team focused on results. It was also crucial that I taught and developed my teams with knowledge of how all aspects of financials worked and affected the business. As part of my experience I am also well versed in HR practices. I oversaw recruitment and was responsible for the hiring process. I saw our employees through orientation, training and continued development. I executed their reviews and gave them plans for growth and ways to overcome opportunities. Along with that I also handled all documentation which included disciplinary actions, investigations and separations. I thrive in an environment that allows me to share my knowledge and develop highly competent and successful teams. I have developed many managers and spend a lot of time ensuring they are successful and knowledgeable in all operations aspects that affect the bottom line.
