With over 15 years in Talent Acquisition, I built a career connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. From workforce planning and building high-performing teams to driving DE & I initiatives, I brought energy, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. A "blue skies" thinker, I thrived on challenges and loved collaborating to find innovative solutions. For 15 years, I successfully led fully remote and hybrid teams across multiple time zones in the U.S. and Canada, fostering engagement, performance, and connection from a distance. As a people-centric leader, I focused on creating the right conditions for my team to succeed by removing roadblocks, providing support, and ensuring they had the tools, resources, and autonomy to reach their goals. I built a culture of trust where people felt valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work. Beyond talent acquisition, I managed 5-10 projects annually from inception to execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and impact. My passion for people development extended beyond my team as I actively mentored, coached, and championed growth across the organization. I love travelling and embrace the flexibility of remote/hybrid work environments, valuing every opportunity to connect in person or virtually. Outside work, I spend time with family and friends, catching live shows, attending charity events, kayaking, canoeing, RV camping, experimenting with new recipes, and hosting unforgettable gatherings.
