I'm a humble leader with a track record of creating high-performing teams. To do that, you need a good plan, a little bit of know-how, a lot of human connection and a sense of humor. And, I bring it. COLLABORATE with really smart people. Some of my clients have been in their industries for 30 years! They know a lot about 'it', but they need me for Service Management. I need them for Service Management to be successful in their organization. INNOVATE. I've worked in all kinds of industries like: healthcare and agriculture; big oil and lifestyle programming; finance and telecom. I've seen what works in and across those verticals. When I wake up each morning, I get to try new ideas or see what past ideas can do when applied in new ways. That's cool. WIN. I think big. I start small. And, I deliver. I have an affinity for results. Every day, I have an opportunity to better understand my customers so that I can develop solutions that complement their realities. Through increased understanding, we turn things around. We win. I love that. Recently, my client said,"You [are] my #1 inspiration!" The feeling is entirely mutual.
