Passionate Advisor, Developer and Trainer, and Counselor with 12+ years of experience in non-profit training and development. I help organizations unleash current and future potential with organizational structures and programing, staff, and volunteers. Some examples include: · Advised, developed, and coached 20+ students and adults annually on personal goals in professional and personal growth, directing them to relevant resources to unlock their potential, evidenced by the growing leadership development pipeline. · Recruited and onboarded 18+ adult and student volunteer leaders, and 40+ prospective adults and students annually, with increasing promotion of the organization within the surrounding area. · Proactively created space for young people to process, reflect, and work towards their fullest potential, including the development and leadership of student leaders. · Researched, refined, and implemented new and existing organizational structures and programs, including recommendations of best practices, optimizing resource use, increasing leadership, and teen through adult engagement. Of all of this, the most critical and central part is the relationships. When people’s lives are impacted for the better, and their potential is unleashed, transformations spreads! Additionally, I am a trainer and developer by nature. If I find something of value personally, or of value to the person I am engaging with I love sharing it!
