Without work one finishes nothing.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson As a manager of training and development, I bring the strength of over 10 years' experience developing, coordinating, and successfully executing projects within challenging regulations. I specialize in streamlining processes, which reduces downtime and eliminates duplication of effort for better organizational efficiency. Improving a process requires implementation focusing on organization and details, which I excel at, because I have seen it improve the process. My event management background gives me a strong foundation as well, having worked in both large and small settings to create quality events within budget. This requires building a trusting relationship between the client and myself, communicating that I honor - and work so that they achieve - their goals. I look forward to continuing to cultivate these skills in project management, change management, and non-profit organization. My depth of focus comes from my service to our country in the Air Force and a deep commitment to bettering the lives of those around me through connecting them to resources.
