Community building has always been my strength. Wether it was rounding up the neighbourhood kids to race at the local park, or inviting my whole soccer team to the hotel room the night before a playoff game, I have always naturally found avenues to unite people. Besides a disciplined work ethic, competitive sports showed me that great teamwork can best even the most talented players. Transferring that to my career and I understand that every goal is a team effort that includes shared strategies, creative thinking and customer focused solutions. My strong communication and customer service skills kicked off my career as a Barista. Being in the food and beverage industry I thrived in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Progressing to Assistant Manager at an independent café, I honed leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills while taking on greater accountability. As a Sales Representative I excelled in customer experience, sales techniques, and overachieved targets, which drove my ambition for growth. I learned to leverage metrics like ADS, UPT, and SPH to successfully exceed sales targets sometimes as much as 113%. Transitioning to a luxury consignment shop, I tackled higher sales goals and delivered premium, personalized service to clients. Now, I am drawn to tech sales, a field that combines innovation, problem-solving, and relationship-building in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It offers the perfect balance of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, allowing me to connect with people while staying at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements.
