About Heather Weis

I am all about people and the planet, the 2 “Ps" that I am very passionate about in my day to day life and future career. One day, I aspire to serve in these in two areas in whatever capacity. Marketing is a powerful tool that can inspire many to take action towards making the most out of this life while in a responsible and respectful manner towards others and the earth. People desire the truth and want authenticity. Marketing can be the medium that ignites positive change in the world. Let's start doing something good today. It starts with you and me. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Administration with Marketing as my core concentration, alongside certifications in Strategic Marketing, Branding and Communication, Market Research, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience Management. I love using design thinking principles to know how to best help the people I work with. Some of my most favorite classes at CSU have been Buyer Behaviour and Design Thinking courses, where we dove deep in to the thick of practicing empathy, iteration, ideation, and creating "journeys" to better understand customer's pain points, thought processes, aspirations, and more. I find this one of the most effective ways for a company to thrive, grow, and inspire change. There's no greater time than now to start something new, be that person you've always wanted to be and make a true and purposeful impact on the world, big or small.
