About Hector MacHado

Work Joyously not Hard. If your internal posture is fear, AI will amplify your fear.If your internal posture is clarity and joy, AI becomes fuel—not poison.I’m a Cybersecurity Executive and GRC leader who builds calm, measurable security operating models for modern enterprises. Grounded in a “work joyously” mindset and inner engineering, I focus on disciplined execution that protects people without burning out the mission.I deliver outcomes through a blend of internal leadership, technical depth, and strategic partnerships—leveraging MSSPs/MDRs/MMSSPs where they add speed and scale, and applying Agentic AI to reduce noise and increase precision. My work includes AI-driven SOC agents for autonomous triage and response guidance, and intelligent automation in TPRM for continuous vendor assessment and monitoring.“Facilitate your JOY! AI will accelerate security operations, but it will not replace discipline. A messy program with AI becomes a faster messy program. A disciplined program with AI becomes a force multiplier.”
