I am a polished professional with experience across a range of business sectors and I have transferrable skills and experience which I can apply to any presenting scenario. I am a experienced business operations and office Manager, with my foundation in supporting businesses through periods of transformation and growth, by utilizing my extensive experience of working alongside leadership teams and boards of Directors. I have worked in a number of different industries and clients. I have a diploma in project management, and am currently working towards CMI level 5 in management. My mission is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective solutions, business knowledge and projects that meet the needs and expectations of the business, clients and stakeholders. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my skills in customer relationship management, business management, and project management to support the leadership team and the organization's objectives, vision and values. In my current role, I manage and oversee various operational processes and projects across the business, ranging from IT infrastructure upgrades, business process reengineering, workplace collaboration models, to e-only/paperless transitions. I work closely with internal and external partners, including senior executives, consultants, vendors, and customers, to ensure the successful implementation and execution of these initiatives and projects. I also monitor and evaluate the outcomes and impacts of these projects, and provide regular reports and feedback to the management. I line managed two admin staff and oversaw day to day HR admin responsibilities. Through my work, I have demonstrated my ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively, as well as to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.
