Since 2016 experienced in Case Management, Not for profit organisation in Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme, Allocations Coordinator in Home Care Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance with 4 years of experience with building strong rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, managing physical and psychological claims with successfully delivering a contribution to a better quality of life and return to work outcomes. Skilled in team leading and management in fast paced environment. I possess solid interpersonal and organisational skills in managing high volume of claims to assist me in my day to day task. Currently (2021-present) I am in a supervision role (KFC) that targets Workplace Health and Safety in Injury Prevention by managing hazard risk premature to prevent incident or near misses. I am passionate about promoting a better quality of life with Health and safety and injury prevention by educating my team in following safety procedures and leading by example with the company's values. Recently completed Certificate 3 in Business at Wintec (Waikato Institute of Technology)(Feb 2021) Delivering results motivates me in uplifting and inspiring my team to be the best version of themselves.
