I‘m an experienced career coach with over 15 years’ experience helping individuals make the most of career development and career transition opportunities. My significant corporate experience across a range of sectors and activities, coupled with the use of psychometric and profiling tools, ensure that I am well placed to help clients make informed and practical decisions about their immediate and longer-term future. My particular interest is working with those looking to make – or plan – a career allowing the development and maintenance of a healthy and fulfilling work life balance. My HR experience, including a recent move to head the function at a City based consultancy business, ensures I have a clear understanding of current recruitment and development activities to underpin my coaching. For several mid-career years, I ran a small horticultural business alongside my coaching role, providing first-hand experience of turning a hobby into something more. Since winding this up, I have balanced my ‘day job’ with significant community volunteering, especially focussed around youth and educational activities; I am passionate about maximising the experiences and opportunities available to young people I have recently followed my heart back into career coaching, and I’m now based in the City office of LHH providing career transition support for individuals from a wide range of sectors.
