An experienced senior executive with a strong track record across both private and public sectors. Key focus on leadership, utilizing skills in promoting and driving policy and strategic thinking based on internal and external stakeholder feedback, research and analysis. My key achievements are- The design, development, growth and delivery of residential and community aged care, disability and homeless services leading to growth in organisational turnover. I have led this work in two roles held over a thirty year period- Strong policy development background in both not-for-profit services and now, in State Government. Skilled in the drafting, review and revision of policies, procedures and related documentation. Knowledgeable in legislative, regulatory and governance frameworks which underpin policy- Designed, implemented and managed the incremental growth of internal corporate services required to effectively service a rapidly growing company but maintain organisational viability and cultural strength. Corporate services developed over 14 years in one portfolio included clinical care, food services, recreation, OHS and human resources including payroll- Ability to manage change proactively in a landscape of altering consumer, funding bodies and internal governance expectations across large staff groups (several roles have had oversight of >500 staff)- Building of high performance management teams - Track record of successful consultancies moving organisations from crisis to recovery.
