As part of our vision, we aim to create positive social and environmental impact through our projects and partnerships. I also manage a branch of NMC Coop, a cooperative that serves over customers. I oversee the daily operations and financial activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. I lead and communicate with a team of staff, inspiring loyalty and performance. Some of my achievements include increasing the user retention rate by 25%, securing a large contract with a reputable organization, and implementing a new system that improved the checkout and stock management processes. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Aastha College of Management, where I am learning the fundamentals of management and business administration.
