WORK SUMMARY: In my current role as Functional Lead (Research & Development) I am responsible for the correct implementation, maintenance and improvement of the TalentShare.Jobs platform. I define, test and accept development work, both 'Front-end' and 'Back-end' related, to ensure a smooth implementation of new functions on the production platform by applying Scrum and Agile methodologies (including DevOps agile tool JIRA, SLACK and DTAP) when directing the developers. This includes the set-up of test tasks to be performed, the design of an evaluation programme, the analysis of performance, and relaying these results to the Sales and Management team. As a 'SuperUser' I also manage the administrative side of the platforms by collecting, organizing, implementing new data and analyzing processed data. In addition, I monitor the performance of the platforms and / or solve problems. I provide complete and effective documentation that allows everyone to manage the main processes, solve problems and/or complete incomplete processes. PERSONAL SUMMARY Whatever work I do, I always strive for a high standard. I am a good listener and able to communicate well with a group and on an individual level. I am a loyal and trustworthy person. Honesty and integrity are always of paramount importance to me and are not a point of discussion. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and know how to get things done through my decisiveness. I am very capable of working independently in a busy environment, but also in a team, where I lead by "setting a good example". So if the performance is good, I think that someone who deserves the credit should receive it, regardless of place in the organization (“credit where credit is due”). I am not a 9 to 5 type and in addition I would like to mention that I enjoy excellent mental and physical health and that I have no plans to retire in the short / medium term!
