I have over 25 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur,(co-) founder, and owner and seller of multiple internet-related companies, such as VuurWerk Internet, InterLAB BV, Icecode BV, Tubes Media and Vuurpijl Beheer BV. I am passionate about software development, architecture, complex systems, coaching, and managing development teams. I have also been involved in several innovative and high impact projects, such as Deelstoel (winner of the Harvard Business Review Management 2.0 award) and DigiD (as lead developer and lead architect). My mission is to create, grow, and sell internet concepts that solve real-world problems and add value to users and customers. I specialize in development and implementation projects, complex migrations and systems, AWS implementations, and legal issues regarding web hosting. I use agile methods and a hands-on approach, working closely with the customer and delivering working solutions within days or hours. I am a creative out-of-the-box thinker, who sees connections and possibilities and constantly breaks down the big picture into smaller manageable pieces.
