About Henry East

I am an industrious, versatile and solutions-focused individual with in-depth experience of operational and practice management roles. This is accompanied by a sustained record of achievements in facilities, project and compliance management. My legal, professional and commercial background has given me experience in managing and developing teams and driving growth through business transformation. Skills in IT infrastructure and KPI delivery have led to successful target achievements. Fee earner time management and billing monitoring were among my successes, along with efficiency savings through the use of agile working methods. This has been allied with positive recruitment results, a hands-on motivational approach to employee communication systems, mentoring and training, as well as an integrated approach to all stakeholder issues.
