25 years of accountability and results-backed project management experience in education and workforce development, with focus on education system development, learning outcomes improvement, and workforce skills upgrading. Special skills in early grade learning programming - including literacy, numeracy, remediation, assessments; special needs (disability) education; Senior High School and post-secondary/ youth-not-in-education technical training for employability, and higher education and workforce technical upskilling.
