About Henry Williams

A jack of all trades is a master of none but oftentimes better than a master of one." For as long as I can remember, I've had a fascination for learning new things and engaging in hands on tasks that require me to think creatively. I've always found myself, even as a child to be observant and intrigued by detail. One of my earliest memory of my childhood is being introduced to art and puzzle solving. Which gave birth to a passion for my lifetime hobby of art, crafts, and dabbling into small house projects. From collecting toys that required instructions to build and/or transform before playing, to building furniture and playing around with technology, my passion has been nurtured and matured to the point of being helpful to those around me professionally and personally. As I began my journey in dining services, the first thing I learned was to be adaptable. There's always an unexpected variable day to day to keep you on your toes, and to be prepared to take on more that anticipated. Through my experience, I earned the title of jack of all trades, often sought out to perform tasks and handling needs outside of the normal expectations of my position as a dietary aide and utility worker. After 10 plus years of service, I've acquired many skills but not limited to effective cross functional communication, rapid adaptation, solution orientation, skilled collaboration, and excelling in customer service. I also adopted a unique perspective of customer service. I learned that great customer involves interactions and relationships between employees, management, and customers to be honored with integrity, empathy, and respect to ensure the best effort can be delivered and the environment of which production flows is well.
