About Holly D.

I am a leadership development strategist, HR consultant, and advocate for building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. As the Founder and Executive Director of EmpowerHER Collective Inc, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (CH#80348), I lead initiatives designed to advance leadership equity through professional development, mentorship, wellness, and community engagement. EmpowerHER Collective Inc. was born out of my doctoral research and passion for creating sustainable leadership pathways for women—especially Black women—while also offering enriching programs that serve women from diverse backgrounds and industries. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where women can grow their skills, build networks, and step into leadership roles with confidence. Alongside this work, I bring years of experience in HR consulting, talent development, and workforce strategy through HD Workforce Solutions, where I partner with organizations to design equity-driven programs and inclusive hiring practices. I am committed to bridging research, practice, and community impact to empower individuals and transform workplaces.
