About Holly Sanady

I have the unique opportunity to be an outsourced HR Generalist. I am currently working with over 60 clients to provide strategic solutions to their HR needs. I work with my clients to create compensation strategies, develop and deliver training programs, and draft handbook policies. While I also assist with benefit plans, COBRA administration, and other areas of HR, the focus of my role is providing consultative support with regard to employment laws including ADA accommodation, FMLA compliance, leaves of absence, disciplinary action and other employment relations issues. I maintain a working knowledge of trends and changes in human resources legislation on the local, state and federal level. My clients range from 2-550 employees including both unionized and non-unionized organizations.
