I am a passionate advocate for community engagement, youth empowerment, and educational equity. With a background spanning program management, volunteer coordination, and youth development, I thrive on creating impactful initiatives that foster positive change. I have cultivated a robust background in recruiting, training, and leading teams to support service learning initiatives and experiential learning opportunities that enrich student experiences and strengthen community ties. My career journey includes roles such as Major Taylor Project Coordinator at Cascade Bicycle Club, where I collaborated with schools and community organizations to expand cycling access and diversity. Additionally, my time with Skate Like a Girl allowed me to spearhead programs that promote gender equity in sports, while managing grants and enhancing organizational sustainability. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to volunteerism, having supported initiatives like Communities in Schools Gulf South and Culture Aid NOLA, where I provided direct service and contributed to community welfare efforts. I am dedicated to leveraging my skills in program development, partnership building, and event coordination to drive meaningful impact and inspire positive change in every community I serve.
