About Hunter Carpenter

A lifelong passion for meaningful storytelling is at the heart of what I do. Through my experiences at leading nonprofit and hospitality organizations, I have transformed this drive into award-winning campaigns that use strategic communications, public relations, and marketing to create moments that celebrate the people and purpose behind a brand. As a bridge-building, accredited communicator, I take pride in strengthening an organization’s connection with its audiences through compelling narratives, authentic content, collaborative partnerships, and community outreach. Actively involved in the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA), I’ve served in several leadership roles at the local and state levels, including Events Director, Community Liaison, President-Elect, and President of one of the largest chapters of PR pros in the state. I now serve as the VP of Membership for the state association. Through FPRA, I've led guest lectures with local universities and Boys & Girls Clubs to inspire the next generation of PR pros. Driven by curiosity and creativity, I've followed my career to the beaches of South Florida to the skyscrapers of Tokyo, and full circle back home to Florida’s Gulf Coast. In 2023, I was honored to be recognized as a 35 Under 35 by SRQ Magazine. In 2025, I was named the inaugural Young Professional of the Year by FPRA and welcomed into the Leadership Sarasota Class of 2026. Let's get drafting and connecting, together.
