About Hunter Townsend Brewer
After leaving the University of Alabama School of Law to enter the ministry, I worked under Rev Bill Whitwer at Rainbow Presbyterian Church in Gadsden, Alabama as the Assistant to the Minister. After two years of revitalization work, I left to attend Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. While in seminary, I served at Orangewood Presbyterian Church as the Director of Young Adults. Upon graduation, I moved to Flowood, Mississippi (suburb of Jackson) where I was the Assistant Minister at Lakeland Presbyterian Church. During this time, I was also ordained as a minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. In 2005, I left LPC to start Madison Heights Church PCA in Madison, Mississippi (also a suburb of Jackson). In 2013, I stepped down as Senior Minister of Madison Heights to start and lead the Mid-South PCA Church Planting Network (AR, LA, MS, and western TN). In 2019, I accepted a call from Covenant Presbytery to start Trinity Church PCA in Collierville, TN (suburb of Memphis).
