I am a Professional Food Technologist with over 15 years experience in technical management, QA, strategy, and NPD in leading companies both in Australia and abroad. I have extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes across bakery, flavours and seasonings, pizza bases, wet condiments and extruded snacks. Passionate about driving innovation within food manufacturing - from product development to process optimization - I possess a clear understanding of each stage gate and the critical role that individuals play in the larger picture. Through my expert ability to optimise processes, systems, and communication between different gates, I am able to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity. As a highly experienced Technical Manager, I am able to work with companies to achieve greater profitability and a competitive edge by increasing food safety and quality awareness as well as resource efficiency and output. I possess extensive experience in technical solution design (including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions), with expertise in the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality management teams and systems.
